From chicken pot pie to quiche to applie pie, this is one of our favorites. It’s a bit tricky to thaw and unroll when you’re in a hurry, but if you can thaw in the fridge overnight, that works the best. Homemade stock/broth is the best, but of all the store-bought broths I have tried, I always come back to Trader Joe’s chicken broth for my soup and risotto recipes. It isn’t just slightly salty water,like other broths it actually has flavor. I’m also a fan of the vegetable and beef broth (a must for French Onion Soup) |
